Policy
1. PRICE DIFFERENCE: If you send back an item that has a different unit cost from the new item you want, you will be charged or credited the difference.
2. NON-RECEIPT OF UNWANTED ITEM: If we do not receive your package from you within 2 weeks of receiving your electronic form, you will be charged for the new item(s), plus shipping and tax -- if applicable.
3. UNACCEPTABLE ITEM: If you send back an item we cannot accept, you will be charged for the new item(s), plus shipping and tax - if applicable - AND we will send the old item back to you, charging you $10.00 for shipping and handling. Dove is happy to exchange new (with tags and bags), unwashed items within 90 days of invoice date. Items with embroidery, patches sewn on, tailoring, or items that are dirty or otherwise unsalable cannot be exchanged. Acceptance of exchanged goods is solely at Dove's discretion.

We will process your exchange when we receive your electronic form, and will send out your new item(s) if in stock right away. If out-of-stock, item(s) will be sent as soon as they come in. Watch your e-mail for confirmation.
