Dove Professional Apparel - Medical Nursing Uniforms and Scrubs

Schools interested in qualifying for this program should complete the qualification form and send it back to Dove Professional Apparel, attention: Susan Wiczynski. One school per year will be selected for this program. "Dove Gives Back" is a new program that provides uniforms to nursing students in areas of financial need. Its goal is to make a difference in the community by giving these students the chance to start their nursing careers with a professional appearance, thereby motivating them to excel in school, mentor other students, and make a positive difference in the communities in which they live. In return for a full uniform subsidy, Dove requires schools to provide information about their communities, students, and classes. Selected schools will provide follow up information (including faculty, clinical site staff, and student testimonials, and some photographs in digital format) that Dove may use on its website and in advertising pieces.

Please explain why you would like your program to be considered for "Dove Gives Back." Please include verifiable information (your Chamber of Commerce can often help with this) about your area's population, demographics and average income levels, opportunities for students who complete school, the need for qualified nurses in your area, contributions received by your department from other companies that have made a difference, extraordinary faculty efforts on the students' behalf, etc. Please provide as much information as you can, using extra paper if necessary. Keep in mind that we may receive applications from many deserving schools, so please include as much information about your program as you can.
