Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Price and availability are subject to change without notice. Products are made by industry standards, but Dove cannot guarantee a perfect fit. Customer represents that she is an eligible student of a school program served by Dove. Dove reserves the right to deny sales or cancel sales to anyone.

 

Embroidery

Dove is not responsible for errors or omissions related to customer input and confirmation of embroidery. The Customer is responsible for typing correctly, as well as confirming, the exact spelling, spacing, capitalizations and title that should appear with their order. Embroidery information should be reviewed by the Customer on both the order entry/shop pages and the order confirmation pages. Errors made by the embroidery company or the fault or Dove will be corrected at our expense. Embroidered items may not be returned or exchanged.

 

Restrictions on Use

All materials published on the Site, including, but not limited to, product descriptions, photographs, images, illustrations, pricing information, review and video clips (collectively the "Content") is the property of Dove. You may make a single copy of the Content displayed on the Dove website for personal, noncommercial use only, provided that you do not remove any trademarks, copyright and any other notice contained in such Content. You shall not archive or retain any Content in any form without written permission from Dove. You may not distribute (including via e-mail or the internet), or otherwise make available, copies to others, whether or not for payment or other consideration, without the written permission from Dove.
